PC Technologies is hiring a Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator for our Pune office. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with good computer skills and typing accuracy to support our daily business operations.

Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
Verify and maintain records and documents.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Scan, print, and organize office documents.
Handle email communication and basic office administration.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of data.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data updates.

Required Skills
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word,



Outlook).
Computer and internet proficiency.
Solid attention to detail.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
12th Pass, Graduate, or Diploma in any discipline.
Basic computer certification is preferred.
