We are seeking a detail-oriented and productive Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
Verify accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Organize and maintain files and records (both digital and physical).
Generate reports as required by management.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word).
Basic knowledge of data management systems.
Robust attention to detail.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company requirement)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
