We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Engineer with deep expertise in .NET Core/C# and distributed systems to design, build, and scale mission-critical applications. This role requires robust technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration across international teams.

Key Responsibilities
Backend development: Architect and implement scalable services using .NET 6+, async/await, and dependency injection.
Distributed systems: Design resilient architectures with eventual consistency, message brokers (RabbitMQ), and asynchronous patterns.
Containerization: Build and manage Docker/Podman images, multi-stage builds, and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes and Helm charts.
Cloud storage: Implement object storage patterns (S3-compatible), replication strategies, and high-availability solutions.
Database technologies: Work with NoSQL databases, indexing, and search platforms to optimize performance.
DevOps collaboration: Partner with infrastructure teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation.





Must-Have Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience with .NET Core/C# (up-to-date async/await, dependency injection, .NET 6+).
Solid expertise in Kubernetes (multi-node clusters, persistent storage, Helm).
Proven experience in distributed systems design and implementation.
Hands-on with Docker/Podman and container orchestration.
Knowledge of cloud storage (S3-compatible systems, replication).
Proficiency in NoSQL databases and search platforms.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Highly Valued Skills
CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, automated deployments, Infrastructure as Code.
Cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, EKS) or equivalent.
Security: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, enterprise identity providers.
Automation: PowerShell/bash scripting for deployment automation.
Monitoring: Metrics, logging, and observability tools.
