Role & responsibilities
8+ years' experience as a software developer including demonstrated experience in driving standards and improving culture
Experience in working in an agile product team
Experience working on C#,.Net Framework (including EF Core, CQRS)
Experience working on Azure, App Service, API Management/Development, Azure Functions, Service Bus, SignalR, Azure SQL DB & T-SQL.
Experience working on Angular, (or other relevant frontend framework), SCSS, HTML5 and/or CSS3.
Experience with GIT / DevOps source control and CI tools
Robust communications skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders in the business ranging from Analysts to Senior Management
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated solid problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Self-motivation and commitment suitable to a start-up team

Highly regarded but not required
Experience with Azure technologies and services (ADF, DevOps, Databricks, etc.)
Experience writing T-SQL stored procedures and Common Table Expressions.
Exposure to, and understanding of, financial mathematics.
Basic knowledge of Financial Markets and concepts.
