Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for Markets data.
Create and maintain comprehensive data mappings, data lineage, and metadata documentation.
Collaborate with IT Architects to design and optimize data structures and databases.
Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to implement and validate data models.
Translate business requirements into Product Backlog Items in collaboration with Product Owners.
Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and availability across the data platform.
Act as the subject matter expert for data sourcing, integration, distribution, and utilization.
Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational standards.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and architecture.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Data Modeling and Business Analysis.
Solid expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
Experience in the Banking/Financial Markets domain.
Knowledge of financial markets products and processes.
Experience with Erwin, Enterprise Architect, or similar data modeling tools.
Solid SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, metadata management, and data quality.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
