Job title: Deputy Manager – HR (Field Recruiter cum HRBP)
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bulk and volume hiring for frontline roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels.
Screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
Build talent pipelines and meet hiring targets.
Partner with managers on workforce planning.
Support onboarding, engagement, and HR operations.
Handle employee queries and ensure policy compliance.
Maintain recruitment MIS and HR records.
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years in bulk/volume hiring
Exposure to HRBP or Recruitment (preferred)
Solid sourcing & stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS/ATS tools
