About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven SEO Manager to lead and scale our organic search strategy. This role focuses on increasing search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and leveraging AI-powered SEO tools and automation to improve efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, mainly technical SEO and on page SEO, including off-page and outreach activities.
Lead AI-assisted keyword research based on client requirements and competitors.
Optimize website structure, internal linking, metadata, and content using data-driven and AI insights
Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site performance
Knows how to optimize websites for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations in the right manner.
Must have experience using top SEO tools to do keyword research, site audits,



competitor and backlink analysis.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, Google Search Console, and

SEO platforms
Track Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively
Manage link-building initiatives and authority growth
Identify automation opportunities to scale SEO workflows and reporting Requirements
4–10+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Robust understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AIinfluenced SERPs
Proven ability to grow organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
Solid experience with technical SEO and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
