Identify and develop recent business prospects in the construction industry.
Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, Structural consultants, PEB contractors, and structural engineers to generate enquiries.
Promote products such as anchor fasteners, fixing systems, Flooring solutions and passive fire stopping solutions.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
Coordinate with the managements for product demonstrations and project execution.
Track ongoing construction projects and identify potential business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Maintain daily visit reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
