Responsibilities would be - In-depth knowledge of corrective & preventive maintenance of 200/300mm Axcelis Integra, RPS 320, GES, GEL, Fusion Gemini Photo stabilizer, and RPS210.
Ability to perform robot teaching and adjustments for the above-mentioned tools.
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the specified tools.
Skilled in performing complex troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis using methods like Fish bone/8D and 4D methodology, and resolving tool issues.
Execute all tasks safely while maintaining valuable housekeeping standards.
Understanding and servicing of Vacuum components including Dry/Turbo/Cryo pumps, Helium leak check, and function of gauges.
In-depth understanding of chillers and heat-exchangers.
Hands-on experience in RF troubleshooting and calibration.



What Makes you Eligible you are where our search ends if you hold:
5 years of experience in global semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance.
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field with relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and/or in a team workplace.
Willingness to travel internationally.
International Fab experience is required .
