We're looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist (Creative & Campaigns) who can think strategically, create winning campaign ideas, and work with our creative and digital marketing team to deliver measurable business growth.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for turning business goals into marketing campaigns that generate leads and build brands.
Your Responsibilities
Develop digital marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Create creative concepts, campaign ideas, and messaging.
Write compelling hooks, ad copy, headlines, and video scripts.
Plan content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
Guide designers and video editors with creative briefs.
Collaborate with SEO and Performance Marketing specialists to maximize campaign results.
Review campaign performance and continuously improve messaging and strategy.
What We're Looking For
You should have
3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Strategy, Brand Strategy, or Content Strategy.
Robust understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of customer psychology and conversion-focused marketing.
Experience working with creative teams.

Performance Incentives
