Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell jewellery products by visiting retail jewellery stores, dealers, distributors, and potential business clients. The candidate should have excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit jewellery retailers, dealers, distributors, and prospective clients regularly.
Generate current business opportunities and develop robust customer relationships.
Present jewellery collections, product catalogues, and pricing to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Maintain records of daily sales visits and submit activity reports.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for timely order processing.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Sales and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in jewellery, gold, diamond, silver, luxury retail, or FMCG sales is preferred.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an added advantage.
