Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to the MD/CEO. She should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential information and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Maintain records, files, and important business documents.
Prepare reports,



MIS, and presentations using MS Office.
Screen calls, visitors, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Provide administrative and secretarial support as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Female only
Experience: 3 to 5 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to the MD/CEO.
Qualification: Graduate (Candidates with a Secretarial College background will be preferred.)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Robust organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Stable career history with no frequent job changes.
