We're Hiring: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat A leading real estate development company is looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
Handle statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and cost control.
Maintain accurate financial records and support management with financial analysis.
Experience in real estate accounting and RERA compliance will be an added advantage.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
