Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement recent ERP features.
Develop and deploy customizations, workflows, and process automations to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead ERP integrations with internal systems (CRM, HRMS, Finance) and third-party applications using APIs and data connectors.
Conduct requirement analysis, testing, and documentation for current features and system enhancements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution.
Coordinate end-user training and prepare user manuals to ensure smooth adoption of ERP functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP processes in finance, procurement, inventory, and production.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements in ERP configuration and usage.
