Key Responsibilities
Design and develop firmware and software for automation products.
Integrate hardware with firmware and perform hardware bring-up.
Conduct reliability and functionality testing of products.
Develop code using C and assembly language.
Utilize development tools effectively;

experience with CodeWarrior is desirable.
Work with open-source development tools and Windows programming (C, Visual Studio) as needed.
Understand microprocessor and microcontroller architectures for product development.
Work with Windows CE OS and TCP/IP stack (desirable).
Experience with 8051 and Freescale processors is a plus.

Prerequisites / Experience
Valuable aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts.
Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with robust communication skills in English and local languages.
Effective public speaking and presentation skills for small and large groups.
Solid communication and leadership abilities.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in firmware/software development.
