We are looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online store presence on Etsy and Amazon. The ideal candidate will handle listings, orders, customer queries, and day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on Etsy and Amazon
Handle order processing, tracking, and customer communication
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Monitor store performance and suggest improvements
Coordinate with the team for inventory and pricing updates

Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
Prior experience with Etsy/Amazon or e-commerce platforms preferred
Valuable communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)

Salary & Perks:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
