Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the company's online business across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and in-house e-commerce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing online sales, digital commerce operations, and coordinating the development and maintenance of proprietary e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales across major e-commerce marketplaces and the company's D2C website.
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory synchronization, order management, and customer experience.
Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Coordinate the development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of the company's in-house e-commerce website and mobile applications.
Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, digital marketing, warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways, ERP, CRM, logistics, and other third-party systems.
Monitor website performance, conversion rates, sales analytics, and customer behaviour to drive continuous improvement.




Prepare periodic MIS reports and recommend strategies to improve online business performance.

Required Skills
Robust experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, and similar marketplaces.
Valuable understanding of website development, SDLC, APIs, payment gateway integration, ERP/CRM integration, and mobile commerce.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, including marketplace operations and D2C platforms.
Experience managing or coordinating in-house e-commerce platform development projects is mandatory.
