Location: Jaipur (Neerja Modi School) Neerja Modi School is seeking passionate and skilled Essay Writing Mentors to guide high school students in developing exceptional essay writing skills. This role goes beyond teaching grammar or language. We are looking for mentors who can help students think deeply, structure ideas effectively, develop compelling arguments, and express themselves with clarity and originality.

Mentors will work closely with students on essays for school, competitions, summer programs, and university applications.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct one-on-one and small-group essay mentoring sessions.
Guide students through brainstorming, outlining, drafting, revising, and refining essays.
Help students develop critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and persuasive writing skills.
Provide detailed, actionable feedback on student essays.




Encourage students to develop their unique voice while maintaining robust writing standards.
Track student progress and collaborate with the school team when required.

Ideal

Candidate - Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Robust essay writing and editing skills.
Experience mentoring, teaching, or coaching high school students is preferred.
Background in English Literature, Liberal Arts, or related fields is an advantage.
Ability to inspire students, ask thought-provoking questions, and provide constructive feedback.
