Papaya Care Assisted Living & Senior Care | Ahmedabad

Papaya Care is looking for a healthcare professional who can take ownership of Quality Assurance, NABH Compliance and Healthcare CRM/System Management across our senior-care operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

NABH & Quality Assurance Maintain, implement and continuously improve NABH-compliant policies, SOPs, protocols and documentation

- Conduct regular departmental and floor-level audits
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Maintain documentation and evidence required for NABH assessments and surveillance
- Coordinate and prepare teams for NABH assessments
- Ensure policies are implemented in actual day-to-day care, rather than remaining only as documentation

Quality Indicators & Day-to-Day Care Monitoring Define, monitor and report clinical and operational quality indicators

- Track falls, pressure injuries, medication errors, infections, hospital transfers, incidents and other resident-safety indicators
- Monitor documentation compliance, care-plan adherence and nursing/caregiver practices
- Maintain quality dashboards and identify trends requiring corrective action
- Follow up with responsible departments until identified issues are appropriately closed
- Support management in improving resident safety and overall quality of care

CRM / Healthcare System Management Take responsibility for the effective use and administration of Papaya Care's CRM and healthcare management systems

- Create, modify and manage user roles, permissions and access levels
- Coordinate onboarding and system access for new employees
- Train nursing, caregiver, operations and administrative staff on correct use of the system




- Ensure staff are entering required information accurately and on time
- Monitor system usage and identify missing or incomplete documentation
- Work with management and software/CRM teams to improve workflows, forms, reports and dashboards
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality and access control for resident information

Staff Training & Compliance Conduct induction and ongoing training on NABH standards, SOPs, quality practices and CRM usage

- Maintain staff training records and competency documentation
- Conduct refresher training when gaps are identified
- Work closely with nursing, medical, operations, housekeeping, HR and other departments to build a culture of quality and accountability

QUALIFICATION – REQUIRED

- Master's in Hospital/Healthcare Administration (MHA) OR Master of Public Health (MPH)
- Undergraduate qualification in a medical/healthcare field
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality, documentation and patient/resident safety
- Comfortable working with CRM, healthcare software and digital systems
- Robust training, communication, auditing and coordination skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a NABH-accredited hospital, healthcare organization, assisted living, long-term care or healthcare quality department is strongly preferred.
