- Monitor network infrastructure, systems, and services 24×7 using network monitoring

tools.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults and connectivity issues.

- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or relevant support teams as per

defined procedures.

- Perform first-level diagnosis of IP network problems and service outages.

- Track, update, and close trouble tickets within agreed service levels (SLAs).

- Monitor network performance, utilization, and availability to ensure optimal operation.

- Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and customers during fault resolution

activities.

- Maintain accurate records of incidents, outages, and maintenance activities.

- Assist in implementing network changes, upgrades, and planned maintenance

activities.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security policies, and quality

standards.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and service

quality.
