- Independently manage complete plant operations during the night shift.
- Supervise and coordinate packing activities to ensure timely completion.
- Handle dispatch operations, including material movement and vehicle coordination.
- Manage store activities, stock records, and inventory movement.
- Monitor plant operations and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.
- Ensure discipline, safety, housekeeping, and security compliance within the plant.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and store teams as required.
- Report operational issues and updates to management through email and phone.
- Handle emergency situations and take appropriate decisions when required.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of higher qualifications.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plant operations, warehouse, store, packing, or dispatch functions.
- Experience in handling operations independently is preferred.
- Ex-servicemen will be given preference.
Required additional Skills:
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of packing, dispatch, and store operations.
- Basic computer proficiency.
