Dream School, a key initiative of the foundation, provides free, continuous, and quality education to children from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring access to learning without financial barriers.

Role Overview The NGO Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Dream School and supporting program implementation. The role requires robust organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth functioning of educational and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program & School Operations

- Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, facilities management, and logistics.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and effective learning environment for students and staff.

Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of students,



staff, attendance, and finances.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, parents, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage communication, correspondence, and inquiries effectively.

Resource & Inventory Management
- Coordinate procurement and distribution of supplies, equipment, and learning materials.
- Ensure timely availability of resources for smooth operations.

Program Support
- Assist the Principal and teaching staff with administrative and operational tasks.
- Support program coordinators in executing educational and community initiatives.

Field & Community Engagement
- Conduct surveys for admissions, outreach, and research purposes.
- Facilitate communication between sponsored students and donors (e.g., letter writing, updates).

Events & Campaign Management
- Plan and organize events such as ration distribution drives, awareness campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Support promotional initiatives to expand program reach and impact.
