- UK Shift (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Switching, Wireless, and SD-WAN solutions.

Provide L2/L3 network support for enterprise environments.

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and VPN infrastructures.

3-6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and network security.

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate,



or Juniper security solutions.

Execute network changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.

Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.

Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.

Collaborate with Service Delivery, Security, Project, and Automation teams.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for complex issues.

Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Certifications

CCNA (Mandatory/Preferred)

Cisco Meraki ECMS1/CMNA (Preferred)

NSE 4 / Fortinet Certified Associate (Preferred)

Palo Alto PCCET or PCNSA (Preferred)
