What You’ll Be Doing (position summary):

The Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting the organization’s network infrastructure. This role requires CCNA-level technical proficiency and hands-on experience in managing network projects and resolving complex issues.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability of network resources.

Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and software issues.

Support network upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and policies.





Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.

Provide technical support for end-users and escalate issues when necessary. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Collaborate with IT, security, application development, and business teams to deliver network solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders.

Work with vendors and external partners on network initiatives and support cases.

Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure network requirements are understood and addressed.

Provide technical guidance to other teams during project planning and implementation. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience: 6+ years of experience

Who You Are (skills/qualifications)

Must Have Skills

CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.

6+ years of experience in network administration, including project involvement.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network security concepts.
