We are seeking an experienced .NET MAUI Technical Lead to drive the development and modernization of a large-scale enterprise retail application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Android development, and team leadership. :

The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, mentoring team members, driving technical decisions, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor development teams
- Define application architecture and development standards




- Develop and maintain .NET MAUI applications
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
- Drive unit testing and quality assurance initiatives
- Support Android migration and modernization efforts
- Manage technical risks and provide solutions Qualification & Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Microsoft certifications preferred
