Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microservices architecture.

Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (or equivalent backend framework).

Strong knowledge of REST API development and API security.

Extensive experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.

Ability to understand, analyze, and modernize legacy SQL Stored Procedures and database-driven applications.

Solid expertise in query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework, Dapper, NHibernate, or similar.

Strong understanding and practical implementation of Object-Oriented Design Principles and Design Patterns (Repository, Factory, Strategy, CQRS, Dependency Injection, etc.).

Experience with Git-based source control systems.

Good understanding of CI/CD practices and deployment processes.

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.

Develop scalable and maintainable backend solutions using industry best practices.

Analyze and enhance existing backend applications, including legacy systems.

Review and optimize database queries, stored procedures,



and data access layers.

Collaborate with architects and technical leads on application design and solution architecture.

Implement secure, reliable, and high-performing services.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint activities.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Exposure to Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.

Experience with API Gateways and service orchestration.

Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and telemetry solutions.

Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis.

Exposure to AI/Generative AI technologies, including integration with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered services.

Understanding of AI application development using platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
