Role Description Multiple full-time positions are available at Ruchs™ for individuals interested in sustainable fashion and fashion technology. Team members will support daily operations such as assisting with design workflows, collaborating on modular and eco-friendly clothing concepts, and contributing to virtual sampling processes.

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include coordinating with production teams, supporting AR and AI-powered design initiatives, engaging in quality checks, and helping prepare collections for display or sale. Staff will also participate in cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing, and operations to ensure that all work aligns with Ruchs™ sustainability and innovation goals. These roles are on-site and based in Gurugram, requiring consistent presence for in-person teamwork and hands-on involvement in projects.

Qualifications

- Interest or experience in fashion design, sustainable fashion, or apparel production, with the ability to support modular and eco-conscious design processes.
- Comfort working with digital tools and technology, including virtual design platforms, AR applications, or AI-based design methods.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks, communicate clearly, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, particularly in reviewing samples, assisting with fit and finish, and maintaining brand standards.




- Ability to work full time on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
- Relevant education or training in fashion, design, textiles, technology, business, or a related field is beneficial, prior experience in fashion or sustainable brands is an advantage.
