We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and ensuring high-quality delivery across CRM modules, integrations, workflows, and business processes. The candidate should have strong expertise in functional, integration, and regression testing within Dynamics 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Validate Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Test end-to-end business processes, workflows, plugins, customizations, and integrations.
- Conduct API and interface testing involving third-party applications.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Support test planning, estimation, test data preparation, and reporting activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Required Skills




- 5+ years of Software Testing experience with at least 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM testing.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and business processes.
- Experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support.
- Knowledge of Dynamics custom entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and security roles.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar test management tools.
- Familiarity with SQL for backend validation and data verification.
- Good understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or EasyRepro.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications would be an added advantage.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Domain Experience (Preferred): Banking, Insurance, Travel, Retail, Healthcare, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs.
