Job Summary

We are seeking a senior D365 Customer Insights (CI) Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience and prior implementation exposure in the Insurance domain. This is a 6-month offshore engagement (India) with a likely extension, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities

- Set up the D365 CI application and core out-of-the-box configurations

- Support a reference data load into CI using fully mapped data provided by the client s Databricks source

- Assist with minimal custom table creation, if required during the engagement

- Provide test support and execute business-led campaign creation and data-load activities as project momentum dictates

- Work full time for the duration of the engagement; priorities will be driven by the client





- 5+ years as a D365 CI Functional Consultant with end-to-end implementation experience

- Previous implementation experience in the Insurance domain (preferred)

- Ability to support data loads and custom table creation alongside core functional work

- Availability to support the US EST team, working during US hours until at least 2:00 PM EST

- B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA
