(JD) – Module Lead (Rally, Jira & Confluence Tenant Administration) Job Title: Module Lead – Agile Tools Administration (Rally, Jira & Confluence) Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Open / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Module Lead with 5–8 years of experience in Rally, Jira, and Confluence administration and tenant setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing Agile project management platforms, supporting enterprise-wide adoption, and ensuring governance, security, and operational excellence across tool ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities Tenant Setup & Administration Lead end-to-end Jira, Confluence, and Rally tenant setup and administration.

Configure projects, spaces, workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, permissions, schemes, and user access.

Design and implement scalable tenant structures aligned with organizational standards.

Establish governance models and best practices for Agile tools usage. Configuration & Customization Configure Agile boards, dashboards, reports, filters, workflows, and automation rules.

Customize Rally and Jira to support Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.

Design Confluence templates, knowledge repositories, and collaboration spaces.

Implement workflow automation and process improvements. User & Access Management Manage user provisioning, role-based access control, and security policies.

Administer groups, permissions, authentication methods, and integration with enterprise identity systems.

Ensure compliance with organizational security and audit requirements. Integration & Migration Support integrations between Jira, Rally, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and other enterprise tools.

Participate in migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

Troubleshoot synchronization and integration issues. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reports.

Track Agile metrics, project health, sprint performance,



and portfolio status.

Provide actionable insights through reporting and data analysis.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business users, Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical teams.

Gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations.

Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Support & Continuous Improvement Act as Level 2/Level 3 support for platform-related issues.

Perform system health monitoring and platform optimization.

Continuously evaluate new features and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in Agile tool administration and configuration.

Hands-on expertise in:

Jira Administration

Confluence Administration

Rally (CA Agile Central) Administration

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Experience with workflow configuration, permission schemes, and user management.

Knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation.

Preferred Qualifications Jira Administrator Certification.

Atlassian Certified Professional certifications.

Protected Agilist, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.

Experience with scripting, REST APIs, and automation tools.

Exposure to cloud and data migration projects.
