We’re looking for a versatile designer who moves fluently between static and motion work. The ideal candidate brings strong aesthetic judgment, genuine curiosity about generative AI, and the resilience to thrive in an agency-paced environment. Day to day, you’ll create digital campaigns, animate pitch Videos and product demos, design print collateral, and contribute to interface design—collaborating closely with creative leads, junior designers,



and cross-functional teams to bring concepts from brief to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop creative concepts in partnership with Senior Designers, Creative Directors, and client stakeholders—from initial ideation through to final production.

Design digital and print marketing collateral using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Produce motion graphics, animated pitch videos, banners, presentations, and web animations using AI tools like Kling, Seedance, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.

Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., HeyGen, Runway/ Seedance, Figma AI, Claude, Firefly) to accelerate video development, image generation, and iterative design workflows.

Add micro-interactions and motion polish to UI prototypes within Figma and its plugin ecosystem.

Drive innovation by scouting emerging design trends, tools, and cultural signals; proactively introduce efficiencies that raise the team’s output quality and speed.

Communicate design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders, presenting work with confidence and translating feedback into actionable revisions.

Manage multiple concurrent projects with disciplined prioritisation, meeting tight deadlines without compromising craft.

SKILLS & TOOLS

Core: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma

Motion:



2D/3D motion-graphic animation, video editing, visual storytelling

Advantageous: Blender, Cinema 4D, Runway, Adobe Firefly, project management tools

Bonus: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Maya or 3ds Max

AI: Runway or Kling, Firefly, Claude / ChatGPT, HeyGen or Synthesia, Figma Make etc.

WHAT YOU BRING A degree in Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.

4–6 years of hands-on experience with a balanced split between graphic design (2–3 years) and animation/motion graphics (2–3 years).

A portfolio that demonstrates robust visual design sensibility and high-quality animation output.

Deep proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and at least one dedicated motion/compositing tool.

NICE TO HAVE

Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows.

Prior experience in an agency or studio environment serving life-sciences, pharma, or B2B enterprise clients.
