Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Management Information Systems (MIS) professional at PPStack. The MIS team member will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining data across multiple systems to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Typical daily tasks include creating and maintaining MIS dashboards and reports, monitoring data quality, and ensuring timely and accurate information flow between business, technology, and leadership teams. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, optimizing information management processes, and implementing best practices for data security and compliance.



The MIS professional will also assist in improving internal workflows, supporting technology initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics and reporting capabilities.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for business and technology teams.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and document processes and reports.
- Candidates should possess solid information management skills, including data collection, validation, storage, and retrieval, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of information technology concepts, including databases, reporting tools, and basic system administration.
- Candidates should possess foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles to help safeguard data, systems, and reporting environments.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience with MIS reporting tools, spreadsheets, dashboards (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools), and basic SQL or data querying is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven EdTech setting is highly valued.
