Key Skills
- Hands-on experience with VMC milling machines (3 & 4 Axis), including machine setup and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper fixture setup, tool selection, and calibration for various machining operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any machine-related issues to reduce downtime and improve performance.
- Oversee and manage the CNC milling production process, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile
Requirements
- Proficiency in CNC machining, VMC milling (3 & 4 Axis)
- Understanding of cutting tools, feed rates, and speeds for different materials
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and blueprints
- Knowledge of basic CNC programming (G-code & M-code)
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
