You are the growth architect for our brands. By mastering the Meta ecosystem, you turn ad spend into high-margin revenue and play a direct role in taking our in-house labels to the next level. What You’ll Be Doing:
Scale & Optimize: Own the day-to-day management of high-budget Meta campaigns.
AI Implementation: Leverage our in-house AI tools to generate ad copy, creative hooks, and visual iterations.
CRO & Landing Pages:
Collaborate on landing page strategy and CRO testing to ensure traffic converts at peak efficiency.
Rapid Iteration: Conduct market research and roll out research-backed campaigns daily.
Growth Analytics: Move beyond vanity metrics to deliver actionable insights that move the needle.
Who You
Are
Experienced: 1-2 years of hands-on Meta Media Buying for E-commerce brands.
Systematic: You have a proactive, detail-oriented approach to budget management and scaling.
Efficient: You use modern tools (AI/Automation) to cut down research time and focus on strategy.
Immediate: You are ready to join a rapid-paced, remote team immediately.
