Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities from drawings, and create bills of materials (BOM) for facade works.
Estimate costs based on market rates and prepare detailed estimates with material takeoffs from drawings.
Create accurate estimates by considering various factors such as labor costs, material costs, and other relevant expenses.
Ensure timely submission of estimates to clients while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to estimations.
