Role & responsibilities
Supervise and execute all finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, polishing, false ceiling, joinery, and faade works.
Ensure all finishing activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
Identify and resolve site issues related to finishing works.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project timelines.
Review and verify contractor bills related to finishing work.




Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants for execution of finishing details.
Ensure proper material planning, usage, and wastage control.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
