Job Title- Executive Chef
Location: Udaipur
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall kitchen operations
Plan and develop cutting-edge menus (Tapas knowledge preferred)
Manage inventory, food cost, and kitchen budgets
Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team
Handle high-volume operations (500+ covers)
Ensure exceptional food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements:
Robust leadership and team management skills
Expertise in cost control and kitchen administration
Experience managing large-scale restaurant or hotel operations
Knowledge of Tapas cuisine is an added advantage
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
