About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our 3-floor showroom. The ideal candidate should ensure that the showroom is clean, protected, well-maintained, and provides an excellent experience for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily inspections of all three showroom floors.
Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the showroom.
Monitor and coordinate maintenance of AC, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, washrooms, CCTV, and other facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure customer areas, washrooms, drinking water, and waiting areas are always clean and fully functional.
Maintain showroom infrastructure, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Perform routine safety checks and report maintenance issues to management.
Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports.
Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.




Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations and a high standard of customer experience.

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in Facility Management, Hotel Operations, Retail, Hospital, Mall, or Commercial Buildings.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance.
Solid vendor management and coordination skills.
Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & WhatsApp) is preferred.
