Key Responsibilities
Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and your professional network.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates attend scheduled rounds.
Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Share quality profiles within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Provide regular updates on candidate status to the CareerPassport team.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

Individuals with prior recruitment experience

Preferred Skills
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Robust sourcing and screening capabilities.

Experience hiring for Sales, IT, Non-IT, Volume Hiring, or Leadership roles is an advantage.
