Job Title: Ex-Founder – Digital Marketing

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad (Work From Anywhere - Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ex-Founder or Former Agency Owner from the Digital Marketing industry to drive business growth, sales strategy, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling a digital marketing business, acquiring clients, building high-performing teams, and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Drive B2B sales for Digital Marketing services.
Mentor and lead sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Build long-term relationships with enterprise and SME clients.
Identify current revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Oversee client acquisition, retention, and account growth.
Optimize business processes and improve profitability.
Collaborate with performance marketing, SEO, content, and creative teams.
Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and networking events.

Required Skills
Proven experience as a Founder, Co-Founder,



or Business Head of a Digital Marketing agency/startup.
Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Lead Generation, and Branding.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen with a growth mindset.
Experience in scaling teams and managing P&L; is highly preferred.
