We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager for our Bought Leaf Unit.
This role requires hands-on expertise in CTC tea processing and prior work experience in a Bought Leaf Tea Factory. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Bought Leaf tea processing unit
Manage CTC processing lines for quality and efficiency
Coordinate green leaf procurement, withering, processing and dispatch
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
Lead and supervise factory staff
Requirements:
Proven experience in CTC Tea Processing (mandatory)
Prior experience working in a Bought Leaf Tea Factory (mandatory)
Robust leadership and team management skills
Sound knowledge of tea manufacturing quality standards
