If you have a strong sourcing network and experience closing lateral mandates, this is an excellent prospect to earn attractive commissions while working remotely with complete flexibility.

Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for lateral hiring requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with candidates.
Deliver quality and relevant profiles within defined timelines.
