Your Responsibilities:
Administration and individual customization of Lean Boards to optimally support team processes
Modification of board layouts according to the specific requirements of individual teams
Execution of bulk board adjustments according to central guidelines and standards
Management and maintenance of permissions to ensure secure and structured organizational processes
Integration of external users into Microsoft Azure DevOps Server boards as well as implementation of permission concepts for internal teams, e.g., the CMS team
Adaptation and modification of existing Microsoft Azure DevOps Server widgets to realize new functional requirements
Configuration and development of Tableau dashboards, including implementation of new KPI topics
Optimization and revision of existing dashboards considering Lean logic
Migration, modification, and maintenance of existing data within Lean boards to ensure data quality and freshness.
Must have sound knowledge of Tableau.
Your Profile:
Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps Server or Atlassian JIRA boards; junior or basic knowledge is also welcome (Prio 1)
Ability to create Tableau reports and configure dashboards (Prio 1)
Programming skills in API development for integration and customization of tools and data (Prio 2)
Knowledge of access management and user integration (Prio 2)
Ability to analyze and optimize process workflows and data structures (Prio 3)
Team-oriented work approach with a solid commitment to quality (Prio 3)
Good communication skills to ensure smooth information flow between teams (Prio 1)
