Fault Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, wiring, and network-related phone line issues promptly. b.

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine health checks on telecom equipment, power backup units (UPS), and server/rack connections. c.

System Updates: Upgrade EPABX firmware and software to ensure stability and security.

Integration: Connect EPABX/IP-PBX systems with SIP trunks, PRI lines, GSM gateways. b.
