Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Service Engineer Trainee to join our service team. The selected candidate will undergo on-the-job training and assist in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at customer sites. This role requires frequent travel to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior service engineers in equipment installation, commissioning, and servicing.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues under supervision.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely completion of service activities.
Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
Participate in technical training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers.

Eligibility




ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.

Mandatory Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for site visits.
Willing to work at different customer locations as required.
