Job Summary :

We are looking for a Google Ads (CPC) Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display
, and Performance Max campaigns.
Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and competitor analysis.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.




Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality.

Eligibility :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Real estate digital marketing experience preferred.
Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.

Skills :
Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Keyword Research, CPC Optimization.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to achieve lead generation and ROI targets.
