We are looking for an experienced F&B; Manager to manage the operations of a premium Sports Bar and Club (TheKnockout).

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete pub and F&B; operations.
Strong knowledge of liquor, premium spirits, whisky, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, wine, beer & cocktails.
Manage bar inventory, stock control, beverage costing and wastage.
Drive sales, up selling, premium liquor sales and profitability.
Handle VIP guests and ensure excellent customer experience.
Lead, train and manage the bar and service team.
Manage purchasing and coordinate with liquor/beverage suppliers.
Ensure compliance with liquor/excise rules and safety standards.
Monitor daily sales, stock variance and overall outlet performance.

Candidate Requirements
5–8 years of experience in premium pubs, bars, lounges or nightlife.
Solid practical knowledge of liquor and bar operations.
Positive leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid understanding of sales, inventory and cost control.
Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
