We're Hiring: Freight Forwarding Manager

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Manager with a robust background in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Air Freight and Sea Freight import/export operations, shipment documentation, client coordination, and communication with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Air Freight and Sea Freight import & export shipments.
Handle shipment documentation including BL, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, and Delivery Orders.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers (CHA), transporters, and overseas agents.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
Draft professional emails and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and international partners.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and company policies.
Resolve shipment-related operational issues and ensure smooth execution.




Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely shipment processing.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Import-Export Operations.
Strong knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations.
Hands-on experience with import/export documentation and shipment execution.
Good understanding of shipping documents, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
Excellent communication, email drafting, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/freight forwarding software will be an advantage.
