Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
Develop and refine product formulations through testing and trials.
Identify and onboard manufacturing partners and vendors.
Collaborate with Operations, Growth, Finance, and Quality teams for product commercialisation.
Support category performance and P&L; tracking.

Ideal Candidate :
Food Technologist / Food Science / Food Entrepreneurship graduate
4+ years of experience in Current Product Development (NPD) or Private Label Development
Experience with FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Retail Brands, or Food Consulting firms
Exposure to Snacks, Bakery, RTE, or RTC categories.
Product Development at Plant/R&D.;
Process Improvement to reduce COGS and get higher output from Manufacturing.
The candidate should have deep level understanding how manufacturing works, processes and chemical analysis along with solid documentation skills.
This is a Key role a collaborator b/w all major departments, critical thinking is must.
