Read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
Assemble machine parts and mechanical components according to specifications.
Install and align shafts, bearings, gears, motors, and other machine components.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely.
Perform machine fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, and welding support work (if required).
Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Test assembled machines and make necessary adjustments.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and installation.
Carry out preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing machines.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain tools, equipment,



and a clean work area.
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to complete work on time.
